With over two decades of expertise in cybersecurity, intelligence, and crisis management, this consultant offers innovative models to optimize security capabilities for private and public sectors. Former Head of Strategic Development at the Chilean Army, he spearheaded the institution’s cyber defense initiatives and advised on critical infrastructure security. An experienced educator, he has taught at the University of Salamanca and the U.S. Army War College. His contributions include creating Chile’s first Master’s in Cyber Defense and authoring publications on cybersecurity. A Ph.D. candidate in Political Science and Master in Security Studies in Georgetown University, he brings a unique blend of academic rigor and practical insight to GeoRisk.
